This detailed 21 page PSHE / RSE workbook and lesson pack has been created for the new PSHE / RSE and Health 2020 Statutory Guidance (specifically consent, boundaries and unwanted contact). The lesson includes a detailed one-hour PowerPoint, various differentiated activities, clip task, information sheets and literacy tasks. The workbook contains all of the information needed to learn about the topic in the first few pages, then the rest of the booklet is full of activities to complete. The workbook is differentiated and great for recording progress in PSHE. It’s easy to print and editable (as it comes in a portrait-version ready to print PowerPoint as well as a PDF version) - so you can always amend it for your students. This could be left as cover (as appropriate to the class and cover teacher) as there’s nothing explicit on the relationships side of things and all of the terminology is carefully explained. Condom use contraception lesson - New 2024 PSHE lesson all about why condoms are such great contraceptives for both preventing pregnancies and STIs, as well as how to correctly put on a condom and use it successfully. Includes detailed lesson plan, Students will explore the history of the humble condom, why they are so popular, how they have helped people globally, where they can pick them up for free and what to watch out for, such as tears and expiry dates. There are tasks for students to correctly order the steps of putting on a condom, literacy tasks, clip tasks, analysis and creative tasks - but also this lesson can be used as a frame for teachers to use models and real condoms (if they choose) to show their students.
